Warranty and Return Policy
All products sold by Tech Supply Depot are covered by the corresponding manufacturer's warranty. If a product fails for any reason, please review the manufacturer's support pages or contact the manufacturer to ensure that it is not an issue that may be remedied without the need to return the product or file a warranty claim. If the problem can not be resolved and the item needs to be returned, please contact us using the form below to arrange for the return and replacement. All defective products will be replaced with an equivalent product or can be returned for a refund or credit if the failure occurs within the first 30 days. After 30 days no refunds or credits will be issued without special authorization. Any item that is returned as defective but found to not be defective will incur a 25% restocking fee that will be deducted from any refund or credit due.
While the products are guaranteed against defects and failures, we cannot guarantee or support issues that may occur due to installations which may have led to the failure of the units or that would affect the performance of the units.
It is also important to note that only the products purchased at Tech Supply Depot are covered under this, or any other expressed or implied warranty offered by Tech Supply Depot. Any damage that may occur to other equipment, cabinets, enclosures, or structures are not covered by Tech Supply Depot or our vendors. Also, please note that Cool Components cooling and venting products are solely intended to facilate airflow around components and systems and are not intended to be used in lieu of, or inconsistent with, manufacturer recommendations for proper clearances and ventilation requirements for equipment.
For returns of unopened items that are not defective but are simply not needed or wanted, a 15% restocking fee will apply.

All Product Returns
For issues with Cabinet Vents, Slim Vents, HiFlo Vents, HiFlo Lites, and Component Units, if the fans have been damaged or are generally not working, replacement fans can be provided and this does not require sending anything back to us. Simply swap out the fan, which is quick and easy, and you are all set. For all other units, the unit must be returned for service or replacement.
