Multi Purpose: Use to Spot Cool or Vent Cabinetry & Enclosures

This unit circulates air away from components protecting equipment from heat accumulations and failures. The unit is simply placed on top of a component and is ideal for cable and satellite receivers or some larger components in moderately demanding situations. The unit can also be used to exhaust or bring air into a cabinet or enclosure while providing a very aesthetically pleasing appearance.  As a ventilation product it is mounted inside the cabinet using a 2 1/2" round hole with flush grill with 7 different color options available (white is included, other colors can be purchases separately).

The Cool Components DUO Unit is ideal when heat is a concern but does not reach extreme temperatures (for more aggressive cooling, use the Spot, HiFLo LIte Pro, HiFlo Pro). The heavy gauge steel construction provides a nice appearance and is extremely durable which is designed to last a lifetime.  The design makes it a snap to service the unit and keep it in operation indefinitely.

All of our products feature top quality magnetic bearing fans which are superior to ball bearing fans.  Ball bearing fans were the best technology available 20 years ago but now there are far superior bearing technologies including the magnetic bearings.  The utlimate difference is a fan that will remain silent throughout it's life versus with ball bearing fans the fans will progressively get louder and louder making it a poor choice for noise sensitive environments.  The unit operates on DC voltage and by adjusting the voltage can be run silent or more aggressively depending on the application.
